Driven Hunt in Torneros Umbría del Cabezo

 Finca de la Familia Elorza, located in Robledollano (North of Extremadura) less than 2 hours from Madrid, is a estate that consists of 2 parts, an “open” area of approximately 800 hectares and another “semi-closed” area of about 900 hectares. This was the second fenced estate in Spain, after Valero in the 70s, being the first to primarily manage wild boars. It is a typical hard mountain estate of the Villuercas/Ibores, ideal for the breeding and survival of good wild boars in its shady and sunny areas. Additionally, some deer and mouflons are hunted, although the main guest is the wild boar. 
 Regarding the semi-closed part, it consists of 6 patches, hunting in this calendar 3 of them annually (the ones you know), respecting 2 so that the wild boars can breed peacefully and thus leave a “reserve”, which aims to ensure good results in the patches to be hunted, not only in quantity but also in quality. Additionally, we have a breeding area for sows and another new breeding area for mouflons to have “recrio” and ensure that the estate is sustainable over time. No waiting is done and food is provided throughout the year to maintain the results obtained season after season…. Typology of driven hunts: We will hunt it with an average of 35 positions, with the stands mainly being crossways, quick shots at the approach, an ideal estate for experienced hunters whose passion is wild boars. 
 Hunting is done without a quota for wild boars and deer, with mouflons paid separately, it is an estate with an average of one “hair” animal per hunter (wild boar/deer), with mouflons paid separately and around 10/15% of wild boars with tusks.
