1. Purpose
The purpose of the Website is to provide information about Hunty’s services and to allow the contracting/management of services and hunting days offered by third-party providers through the platform.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Hunty acts as an intermediary, facilitating the publication, search, request and contracting of hunting days offered by providers/organizers, who are responsible for performing the contracted service under the terms established in the applicable conditions.
2. Terms of use
Access to and browsing of the Website grants the status of user and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice and Terms of Use, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
Where certain services require specific conditions (for example, contracting conditions, conditions for each hunting day or specific requirements), those conditions will be made available to the user and will prevail over this Notice where applicable.
Hunty promotional balance:
Hunty may grant users promotional balance within referral programmes, promotions or other commercial activities.
Promotional balance is a promotional benefit and does not constitute cash, a deposit of funds or a balance available for withdrawal or refund. It is not transferable, cannot be converted into money and does not generate interest.
Promotional balance may only be used in the cases and under the conditions established by Hunty for each promotion and, in particular, may be used to make partial payments of the reservation amount for certain hunting days available on the Platform. Under no circumstances may it be used to pay the full price of a hunting day.
The specific conditions applicable to each promotion may establish the requirements for obtaining and using the balance, as well as the rules relating to its crediting, cancellation and other conditions of use.
Hunty reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Website, as well as the content of this Legal Notice.
3. Use of the Website. User obligations
The user undertakes to use the Website diligently, lawfully and in accordance with applicable regulations, good faith and public order.
In particular, the user agrees not to:
- perform actions that may damage, disable, overload or impair the Website or prevent its normal use;
- introduce or distribute viruses, malicious code or any other system capable of causing damage to Hunty’s or third parties’ systems;
- infringe third-party rights (including intellectual/industrial property, privacy and data-protection rights);
- impersonate third parties or provide false data;
- attempt to access restricted areas, accounts, systems or networks connected to the Website without authorization.
Where the Website allows registration or the submission of data, the user declares that the information provided is accurate and undertakes to keep it updated.
Minimum age: The Website and contracting services are intended for adults with legal capacity to contract. Hunty may request verification where appropriate.
4. Third-party links
The Website may include links to third-party websites. Hunty does not control and is not responsible for the content, operation or policies of such external websites. Access to them is at the user’s own risk.
5. Disclaimer of liability
Hunty makes reasonable efforts to keep the Website updated and available, but cannot guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions or malfunctions.
To the extent permitted by law, Hunty shall not be liable for:
- damage arising from use of the Website, interruptions, viruses or other harmful elements;
- improper use of the Website by the user;
- third-party content or services accessible through links;
- the lack of accuracy, completeness or timeliness of content provided by third parties.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, and in accordance with Hunty’s role as an intermediary, the performance of contracted hunting days/services is the responsibility of the provider/organizer, who assumes the liabilities arising from the provision of the service in accordance with the applicable conditions.
(This clause does not limit non-waivable consumer rights where applicable).
6. Security
The Website uses a TLS/SSL security certificate to encrypt communications between the user and the server.
However, the user should be aware that Internet security measures are not infallible and Hunty cannot guarantee the absolute absence of harmful elements, although it adopts reasonable measures to prevent them.
7. Intellectual and industrial property
All content on the Website (including, by way of example, texts, images, logos, trademarks, designs, code, software, structure and selection of content) belongs to Hunty or third-party licensors and is protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of the content without the owner’s express authorization is prohibited, except in legally permitted cases.
Links to the Website are permitted provided that they are not included in a way that harms Hunty’s image or reputation or implies a relationship, approval or endorsement that does not exist.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.
In the event of a dispute, if the user acts as a consumer, the competent courts and tribunals will be those corresponding under consumer-protection regulations and mandatory jurisdiction rules. In other cases, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of [Logroño / La Rioja], unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
