The purpose of the Website is to provide information about Hunty services and to allow the contracting/management of services and hunting sessions offered by third-party providers through the platform.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Hunty acts as an intermediary, facilitating the publication, search, request and contracting of sessions offered by providers/organizers, who are responsible for the execution of the contracted service under the terms established in the applicable conditions.

Access and navigation of the Website grants user status and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice and Terms of Use, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

In case certain services require particular conditions (for example, contracting conditions, conditions of each session or specific requirements), such conditions will be made available to the user and will prevail over this Notice where applicable.

Hunty reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Website, as well as the content of this Legal Notice.

The user agrees to use the Website diligently, lawfully and in accordance with applicable regulations, good faith and public order.

In particular, the user agrees not to:

  • perform actions that may damage, disable, overload or impair the Website or prevent its normal use;
  • introduce or spread viruses, malicious code or any other system capable of causing damage to Hunty or third-party systems;
  • violate third-party rights (including intellectual/industrial property rights, privacy and data protection);
  • impersonate third parties or provide false data;
  • attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas, accounts, systems or networks connected to the Website.

When the Website allows registration or data submission, the user declares that the information provided is accurate and commits to keeping it updated.

Minimum age: The Website and contracting services are intended for adults with legal capacity to contract. Hunty may request verification when appropriate.

The Website may include links to third-party websites. Hunty does not control nor is responsible for the content, operation or policies of such external sites. Access to them is at the users own risk.

Hunty makes reasonable efforts to keep the Website updated and available, but cannot guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions or malfunctions.

To the extent permitted by law, Hunty shall not be liable for:

  • damages arising from the use of the Website, interruptions, viruses or other harmful elements;
  • misuse of the Website by the user;
  • third-party content or services accessible through links;
  • the lack of accuracy, completeness or timeliness of content provided by third parties.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, and in accordance with Huntys role as an intermediary, the execution of contracted sessions/services is the responsibility of the provider/organizer, who assumes the liabilities arising from the provision of the service in accordance with the applicable conditions.

(This clause does not limit mandatory consumer rights where applicable).

The Website uses a TLS/SSL security certificate to encrypt communications between the user and the server.

However, the user should be aware that Internet security measures are not infallible and Hunty cannot guarantee the absolute absence of harmful elements, although reasonable measures are taken to prevent them.

All content on the Website (including, but not limited to, texts, images, logos, trademarks, designs, code, software, structure and content selection) is owned by Hunty or third-party licensors and is protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of the content without express authorization from the owner is prohibited, except in legally permitted cases.

Links to the Website are permitted provided they are not made in a manner that damages the image or reputation of Hunty or implies a non-existent relationship, approval or endorsement.

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.

In case of dispute, if the user acts as a consumer, the competent courts and tribunals shall be those corresponding in accordance with consumer protection regulations and mandatory jurisdictions. In other cases, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of [Logroño / La Rioja], unless mandatory rules dictate otherwise.
