Referral Programme Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the participation of users registered with Hunty in the referral programme called “Recommend a hunt, earn balance” (hereinafter, the “Programme”).
Through the Programme, users registered with Hunty may share personal referral links and obtain Hunty promotional balance when people who access Hunty through those links carry out certain operations that qualify for a reward, in accordance with the conditions established in this document.
Participation in the Programme implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as Hunty’s General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

3. Participation requirements
Any adult with an active account registered with Hunty may participate in the Programme.
Participation is free of charge.
Each user will have a personal referral link that they may share with third parties.
It is not permitted to use the Programme to refer oneself, create or use additional accounts, or carry out any other action intended to generate rewards fraudulently or artificially.
4. How the Programme works
4.1. Referral links
The participating user may share their personal referral link from Hunty using the means available on the Platform.
When a person accesses Hunty through that link, the Platform may associate the operations carried out during that same session with the user who generated the link.
Referral attribution is limited to the session started through the referral link. If the person leaves Hunty and later accesses the Platform directly in a new session, operations carried out in that session will not be attributed to the previous referral link.
4.2. Booking reward
When a person accesses Hunty through a referral link and makes a booking for a hunting day during that session, the referring user may obtain the promotional-balance amount expressly displayed on Hunty for the relevant hunting day.
The reward amount may vary depending on the hunting day and will be the amount indicated on the Platform when that hunting day is shared or recommended.
The reward is not credited while the booking remains pending confirmation.
The reward will be credited when the relevant organizer accepts the booking and it changes to “confirmed” status on Hunty, regardless of the date on which the hunting day subsequently takes place.
4.3. Reward for joining Hunty Club
When a person who accesses Hunty through a referral link registers as a new Hunty Club member and takes out one of the available plans, the referring user will receive promotional balance equal to 33.3% of the amount actually paid at that time by the new member.
The reward will be calculated exclusively on the amount actually paid at the time of joining and not on future payments, renewals or subsequent monthly payments.
5. Crediting of balance
The promotional balance corresponding to a reward will not be available to the referring user until the conditions necessary for its generation have been met.
For bookings of hunting days, the reward will be credited when the booking has been accepted by the organizer and appears as confirmed.
Bookings pending confirmation will not generate available balance.
6. Nature of promotional balance
The balance obtained through the Programme constitutes a promotional benefit of Hunty and does not constitute cash or a deposit of the user’s funds.
The balance:
- Cannot be converted, exchanged or refunded for money.
- Cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.
- Cannot be transferred to other users or third parties.
- Does not generate interest or any other return.
- Cannot be acquired by the user paying money.
- May only be used under the conditions established by Hunty.
- May only be used to make partial payments of the reservation amount for hunting days booked through Hunty.
- Cannot be used to pay for a hunting day in full or cover the total price of a booking.
In accordance with its operation and conditions of use, promotional balance does not constitute electronic money or a general-purpose payment instrument.
7. Use of balance
Promotional balance may only be used against the reservation amount for a hunting day where Hunty permits its application.
It may under no circumstances be used to cover the entire amount of a hunting day.
The reservation amount applicable to each hunting day may vary according to the conditions established for that hunting day and/or by the relevant organizer.
Promotional balance may not be used for products or services other than those expressly enabled by Hunty.
8. Cancellations and negative balance
If a booking that generated a reward is subsequently cancelled, voided or refunded, Hunty may withdraw the corresponding reward.
If the user has already used all or part of that reward, the corresponding amount may become a negative balance in their account.
The negative balance will be automatically offset against future rewards generated by the user through the Programme until it has been fully offset.
9. Expiry
Promotional balance generated through the Programme does not currently have an expiry date.
Hunty may establish expiry conditions for new rewards in the future, provided that those conditions are communicated to users in advance and are applicable under current regulations.
10. Limits and fraudulent use
There is currently no maximum amount of promotional balance that a user may accumulate through the Programme.
However, balance may only be used under the terms established in these conditions and may never be used to pay for a hunting day in full.
The following are expressly prohibited:
- referring oneself;
- creating additional accounts to obtain rewards;
- using false identities or data;
- manipulating links or attribution mechanisms;
- carrying out artificial or fraudulent operations;
- using any other mechanism intended to obtain rewards improperly.
Hunty may cancel rewards obtained fraudulently or contrary to these conditions and may suspend or exclude the user from the Programme.
Fraud detection may also result in the removal of promotional balance obtained through the Programme.
11. Duration and amendments
The Programme will begin on 9 September 2026 and will be of indefinite duration.
Hunty may modify, suspend or terminate the Programme at any time, notifying users where necessary under applicable regulations.
Termination of the Programme will prevent new rewards from being generated, without prejudice to the conditions applicable to promotional balance already generated.
12. Data protection
Personal data processed in connection with the Programme will be processed in accordance with Hunty’s Privacy Policy.
Hunty may process the information necessary to identify and manage referral links, attribute registrations and operations, calculate rewards and prevent fraudulent or abusive use of the Programme.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The Programme is governed by Spanish law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts and tribunals will be those corresponding under the applicable mandatory rules, especially those relating to consumers and users where applicable.
