On the estate, you will find two elegant mansions, following the tradition of Spanish country houses. One of them is used by the owning family, while the other is exclusively for clients. The mansion for clients features all modern amenities, including central heating, dining room, living rooms, game room, bar, and 14 rooms with private bathrooms in each.

All rooms offer a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. The furniture and interior decoration have been attended to in the smallest detail. At El Dehesón, they offer an exciting hunting modality: the partridge ojeo. Having dedicated almost 50 years to developing the wild Spanish Red Partridge on the estate, investing significant personal efforts. Thanks to this enormous effort, they now have thousands of partridges on the estate.

During the ojeo hunt, each client must have two shotguns, so while using one, the secretary will load the other. They will conduct five ojeos in different areas of the estate each day. Due to the size of the land, they offer up to three consecutive days of hunting without repeating any ojeo. The entire operation is personally directed by the owner to ensure the success of each hunting day.
