Montería en Cantalgallo de Llanos

Don Benito, Badajoz, España

The Cantalgallo de Llanos estate is an open area located in the municipality of Don Benito (Badajoz), near the Hermitage of the Virgin of the Crosses. It is a place of great tradition, formed by scrubland and an extensive eucalyptus grove, with scattered holm oaks and cork oaks that create a magnificent habitat for wild boars and deer.

An approximate area of 650 hectares will be hunted, where wild boars find exceptional refuge in their steep ravines and more closed woodland areas, sharing the ground with a good number of deer. We expect a forecast close to 35 game animals, with a clear prominence of wild boars, in addition to the hinds included in the quota.

The day will feature 50 stands, strategically placed over the natural habits and paths of the game, offering varied shooting opportunities, predominantly at medium and short distances. A driven hunt especially recommended for wild boar enthusiasts, with good options to enjoy numerous shots in an estate of marked hunting tradition.
