Hunting Season
August to September. The authorities of Greenland may slightly increase or decrease the hunting season
Weapons
If you bring firearms or bows, we must request preliminary licenses and transport licenses, for which we need a copy of your passport and local hunting license. The cost to obtain a firearm license is 120 USD per hunter.
Arrival Day
Arrival in Narsarsuaq, Greenland. Our representative will meet the hunters at the airport and navigate with them to the camp (3 hours). Please note that if flights arrive late at night, it may be necessary to spend the night in the city.
The Hunt
The hunters follow the coast of the numerous islands with their guide until they find their trophy. Once the hunter has obtained their trophy, the rest of the time can be spent fishing for Arctic Char or engaging in other activities. Breakfast and dinner are served at the lodge every day, but while hunting, meals are taken in the field. We recommend our guests take some time while in Greenland to do some sightseeing in the area.
Departure Day
Breakfast and prepare for departure. Weather permitting, guests may fish for Arctic trout before the transfer to Narsarsuaq airport.
