Hunting of Alpine Chamois

Hunting:

Stalking of chamois in the Southern Alps, in high and medium mountain conditions where good physical condition is required, at altitudes between 700 and 2,500 meters.

Hunting Period:

September 1 to February 28 (depending on the territory). Recommended hunting period for trophy chamois: November and December

The price includes: 

Organization of the stay and the hunt
1 day of hunting with a hunting guide
1 chamois of the selected size
Transport in the hunting area and to the hotel

Does not include: 

Accommodation and meals
French hunting license
Importation of firearms, insurance, and flights
Transfer to/from the airport (Marseille): 
1 hunter: 200€ 
2 or more hunters: 150€ / person
Rifle rental: 70€ / day + 5€ / bullet
Extra hunting day: 350€
Trophy preparation: 50€ for skull, 300€ for chest

Prices by size:

Chamois up to 100 CIC points: 2,500€
Chamois between 100 and 110 points: +180€ / point
Chamois between 110 points and 114.9 points: +350€ / point 
Chamois of 115 points or more: +600€ / point 
Special or rare head: +600€
