Observations
The hunt is conducted on foot through driven hunts. Jeeps or horses are used for transportation in the hunting area. The ibex are found at an altitude of between 2,000 and 2,500 meters. During the day, you will explore the upper edges of the mountains and examine the slopes, feeding, and resting areas through binoculars. You will locate males, evaluate their size, and complete the stalking.
The camps are traditional Asian yurts. They are warm and clean, with separate areas for eating, bathing, and sleeping. Each camp has a cook and an interpreter. Electricity is supplied by generators.
In July and August, the weather is usually mild, with temperatures ranging from 50 to 80 degrees F. Nights are always cool due to the high altitude. Snow can be expected on the peaks in the last decade of September.
