Driven Hunt in Los Hinojos
Talaván, Cáceres, España
Driven Hunt in Los Hinojos. This open hunting ground of riverbanks located in the municipality of Talaván in the province of Cáceres is renowned for containing deer, wild boars, and fallow deer. It is a riverbank estate, with large ravines of land, dirty with holm oaks and tight formations of scrub oaks in them, and an upper part cleared where the cattle like to graze. Its stands are all natural, with very short shooting lines in the ravines and more open and comfortable for those who have the luck to occupy stands in the cleared area. Wild boars are usually found deep in the riverbanks, and the true protagonists of this driven hunt are generally the cattle.
