Driven Hunt in Valdepuercas Dehesa de Valdesancho

The largest private estate in Spain under a single boundary, located between Puerto de San Vicente, Alía, and Puerto Rey, also bordering the Cijara, has a dehesa of oaks and cork oaks and more than 600 hectares of crops that make it one of the most impressive estates in the driven hunt landscape of Spain.
We maintain the strong commitment from last season, having kept the five main open patches it has (outside the closed central perimeter), allowing one to rest annually and hunting the rest, the patches to be hunted this season
1.- Dehesa de Valdesancho. 2.- Dehesa de Cabeza del asno. 3.- Valle del Arriero. 4.- Solana de Guarranque.

By setting quotas for game, finishing the driven hunts when we estimate the meat harvest is sufficient, and thanks to the good work of managers, gamekeepers, livestock farmers, as well as ownership, we have been harvesting excellent results in those patches we have already hunted for several seasons (Valdesancho/Cabeza del asno/Valle del Arriero), which are now fixed in our calendar. This environment is in the hands of the best professionals, and the deer, fallow deer, and wild boars roam under the watchful eye of their caretakers. The care poured into each driven hunt - the one that is not seen we assure you is worthy of praise. Therefore, we are committed to continuing with these estates that the Guadarranque River bathes, with the desire to experience the best shots for the family of Dehesas and Jarales. The novelty this year will be the Solana de Guadarranque, the patch with the most wild boars and that was NOT HUNTED last year, a head donkey style but smaller (hunted with 40/43 positions).
