Driven Hunt in Escudera. Talking about Escudera is talking about one of the flagship estates in the Cáceres locality of Santiago de Alcántara. This driven hunt estate par excellence has a large dehesa of oaks and some cork oaks with patches of cleared rockroses and a small eucalyptus grove at one of its ends that serves as a boundary. It has some riverbanks where the forest becomes denser with strong old rockroses and holm oaks. It has been hunted numerous times with its neighboring estate La Agapita, featuring various types of stands, with shooting spots for those who may happen to fall into one of the riverbanks. Stands with short shooting spots like those that close off the track and some of the crossbeams. Although the vast majority will have open stands among the patches of rockrose in the dehesa, all of them placed in the natural preferences of the game, very comfortable and safe to ensure the enjoyment of the hunter. Deer and boars will be the protagonists of a hunting day that never fails.
