Driven Hunt in El Moro. We travel to the Huelva town of Encinasola to enjoy a good day of driven hunting with an old-fashioned flavor. The finca El Campillo Bajo is well known for its game. The area of El Moro is one of the most beautiful places to hunt within this wonderful dehesa finca. El Moro is a great mountain formed by an incredible ravine that the dehesa asks for permission to rise at its feet. The driven hunt features various types of stands depending on their location within it, so those in the dehesa area will have shooting spots among oaks and without underbrush, quite spacious and comfortable, while those in the mountain will find stands with shooting spots of the cutting type or path, much shorter and more intense, with vegetation of rockroses, strawberry trees, holm oaks among eucalyptus and pines, with numerous springs, fountains, and deep pools covered by immense brambles that provide the necessary sustenance for the game throughout the year. The area borders the famous Aliserillas known for the quality of its game. It is a very tough area to hunt where more than twenty packs are usually released, and it is generally charged an average of fifteen deer and between ten and fifteen wild boars if everything goes well.
