Driven Hunt in Las Cañadas – Burgo de Osma, Soria
You will need to travel to the vicinity of Burgo de Osma, in the province of Soria, to enjoy an attractive mixed driven hunt at the estate Las Cañadas, where deer and wild boars will be the protagonists of a day filled with excitement and great expectations.
The estate has more than 1,200 hectares of characteristic mountain terrain, with strong formations of wild olives, extensive scrubland, and a rugged topography that provides an ideal refuge for big game. Although the true protagonist is usually the wild boar, the estate also hosts an interesting population of deer, among which each season there appears a specimen of notable quality thanks to the low density and little hunting pressure they endure.
The driven hunt will be held with 12 packs of hounds, responsible for moving the game through the different patches and driving it towards the stands. To close the hunting area, approximately 50 stands will be installed, all of them natural, carefully placed to ensure safety among hunters and to take advantage of the main escape routes of the game.
Most of the stands have medium, wide, and comfortable shooting spots, offering excellent conditions to enjoy the shots throughout the day.
The hunters will attend without a quota for deer or wild boars, being able to freely take both species in a driven hunt that stands out for the excitement of open hunting and for the surprises that each season usually brings.
Breakfast and lunch not included in the price.
Without a doubt, a magnificent opportunity to enjoy an authentic Sorian driven hunt in a large estate, excellent habitat, and a proven hunting tradition.
