Driven Hunt in Los Horcajos. This beautiful estate located in the municipality of Trasierra in Badajoz is commonly known for its driven hunts where deer are usually the true protagonists. It is an open estate, dehesa with low scrub where the game likes to take refuge. It has some tighter areas where the wild boar is strong and is normally hunted with twelve or fourteen packs and fifty stands. The stands are usually all natural, placed in the natural escape routes of the game, with various shooting spots depending on the area occupied within the map of the driven hunt. On this occasion, hunters will go without a quota being able to take down wild boars and deer.
